The firm’s probate group is experienced in handling all aspects of the administration of a decedent’s estate. The services provided by this group include the probate of Wills and administration of trusts, as well as representing clients in disputes regarding trusts and estates, such as Will contests and challenges to the validity or interpretation of trusts. In the case of larger estates, this group provides post-mortem tax planning advice, and prepares any necessary state and federal estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
