Pam is a 1983 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
Pamela serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory board to the Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance. She is an elected member to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (elected in 2003) where she previously served on its Board of Governors. She has been listed in the survey of “The Best Lawyers in America” under the category of Employee Benefits since 1995.
Pamela Perdue’s areas of concentration are ERISA and employee benefits.
She is the author of the book Qualified Pension and Profit-Sharing Plans, published by RIA, a division of Thomson Reuters. She also writes a semi-monthly Newsletter published by RIA in its online Checkpoint series entitled “Pamela D. Perdue’s Pension & Benefits Update.”
Pam was elected to the American Law Institute in 1994 and is a past Chair of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Employee Benefits Committee. She is a national speaker and the author of numerous articles in the field of employee benefits published in a variety of national journals.
