Mr. Lemen is a Principal in the firm with over a decade of diverse litigation experience. Tim began litigating civil cases after several years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County. As a prosecutor, Tim tried numerous cases before judges and juries. Since joining civil practice, Tim has tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters.
Mr. Lemen’s practice areas include, among others; adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, employment litigation, fiduciary litigation, intellectual property litigation, and probate litigation. Tim has also briefed and argued appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
In addition to his trial work, Mr. Lemen advises, negotiates, and prepares transactional documents for both businesses and individual clients.
