Thomas J. Niemann joined the firm as a new member on February 1, 2017. Tom is a St. Louis native. He received a BA degree in 1988 from The George Washington University. He remained in Washington, D.C. after college to work for U.S. Senator John C. Danforth. Tom returned to St. Louis and graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1992. He began his career with Armstrong Teasdale and Lewis Rice and then spent several years as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Director of a London-based industrial asset liquidation firm. Tom returned to private practice in 2003 and focuses on general business and corporate law issues, business transactions and contracts, commercial real estate, and business succession and estate planning.
