The Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires employers to post or otherwise provide notice to employees regarding expanded rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) by April 1, 2020.
All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed the poster linked below. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. Employers who have employees working remotely may satisfy the posting requirement by e-mailing it to employees, or by posting it on a website or internal site. The required notice is linked below.
