Practice Description

Jim Nowogrocki is an experienced and savvy litigation and employment attorney with a proven track record of success and client service. His trial work includes commercial and business litigation in both federal and state courts in Missouri and Illinois, along with an appellate practice. He has a proven track record of providing same-day employment law consultation dealing with a wide variety of human resource issues. Jim is counted on by clients for his counsel with employee policies, handbooks, employment contracts, and severance agreements and significant knowledge of critical compliance with workplace laws and creation of fair and productive work environments. This includes particular experience with non-compete agreements and trade secret matters.

From the board room to the courtroom, Jim is also integral in solving the problems and resolving the disputes that typically confront the firm’s business and financial clients. He is equally skilled in both plaintiff and defense litigation, plus alternative dispute resolution, to ensure that a legal matter is resolved in the best interest of both business and individual clients. Jim is currently the longest serving member on the Missouri Board of Law Examiners.
